Why is your CRM better than others?
Customermates provides core CRM records, a unified inbox for supported connected accounts, MCP access for supported external AI clients, REST, webhooks, and a community node for your separate n8n instance. External clients, models, automation services, and provider costs remain separate.
How does the integration with n8n work?
Use the REST API and webhooks, or the published community node, to connect an n8n instance you operate or subscribe to. n8n is a separate product and is not bundled with Customermates.
How quickly can I get started?
You can create a workspace and first records quickly. Migration, external-client setup, and integration effort depend on your source data and systems.
Where is my data stored?
The managed database runs in an EU region, while application hosting and other providers are documented separately. You can self-host the AGPL core CRM application and PostgreSQL with Starter entitlements; the unified inbox and calendar view remain managed-cloud features, and connected providers remain separate.
Why is your CRM cheaper than others?
The pricing page states the included Customermates scope. External AI, automation, messaging, and other providers retain their own subscriptions and usage costs.
