Do I need programming knowledge for n8n?

Basic flows can be assembled visually, but a reliable CRM workflow still needs someone to own authentication, field mapping, permissions, retries, errors and provider limits. Complex transformations may require code.

Which tools can I connect with n8n?

Use nodes in n8n's current integration catalog, verified or community nodes you have reviewed, and HTTP requests to APIs you are authorized to call. Availability and behavior can change, so verify the current n8n and provider documentation.

Does connecting n8n cost extra?

Webhooks, the REST API, and MCP are available as Customermates interfaces in every tier. n8n is a separate product you self-host or subscribe to, and external plans, limits, provider costs, and usage remain yours.
