HubSpot Pricing: What Each Plan Costs for 1, 3 and 5 Users

HubSpot now sells one platform in four editions: Free for up to two users, Starter at $7, Professional at $90 and Enterprise at $175 per seat per month when billed yearly. Here is what one, three and five people pay per year, what monthly billing adds, and which costs sit outside the seat price, from onboarding fees to record limits.

HubSpotPricingCRM CostCRM Comparison

HubSpot pricing starts with a free plan for up to two users. The paid plans cost $7 (Starter, a limited-time discount), $90 (Professional) and $175 (Enterprise) per seat per month when billed yearly, or $10 and $100 when billed monthly (the Enterprise plan card also shows $175, but the comparison table lists no monthly price). Professional and Enterprise also require a one-time onboarding purchase, which HubSpot lists at €2,500 and €5,000.

We checked every figure on 1 November 2026 on HubSpot's pricing page in US dollars, both billing cycles, and on its German and French pages in euros. Seat, record and credit rules come from HubSpot's own catalog pages, linked at the end. Customermates, which publishes this guide, sells a CRM too; the one section about it is labelled.

At a glance

Free plan
HubSpot's free plan costs nothing for up to two users and up to 3,000 records. A third user means a paid plan.
US prices, billed yearly
Starter $7, Professional $90, Enterprise $175 per seat per month. Billed monthly: $10 and $100; whether Enterprise can be billed monthly is not clear. Euro prices are the same numbers.
Onboarding
Required for Professional and Enterprise. HubSpot's onboarding page lists a one-time €2,500 for Professional and €5,000 for Enterprise. Starter needs none.

How much does HubSpot cost per plan?

HubSpot no longer shows separate price lists for Sales Hub, Marketing Hub or the CRM to new buyers: hubspot.com/pricing/sales, /pricing/marketing and /pricing/crm all redirect to one pricing page for the whole platform. The table lists what that page rendered on 1 November 2026, per seat per month.

PlanUS, billed yearlyUS, billed monthlyEurope (EUR), yearly / monthlyUsersHubSpot Credits per month
Free$0$0€0 / €0up to 2none
Starter$7$10€7 / €10up to 10 paid users5,000

Enterprise$175$175 on the plan card€175 / €175 on the plan cardmore than 1015,000

How to read it:

  • Starter is on promotion. The page labels it "Limited-time, 65% off" in the yearly view and "50% off" in the monthly view, without a regular price or an end date. HubSpot's flexible seats-and-credits supplement says Starter seats "start at €20/seat/month"; we did not see a regular dollar price.
  • Enterprise monthly is unclear. In the monthly view the Enterprise card still shows $175, but the comparison table shows no starting price for it. Ask HubSpot sales whether Enterprise can be paid month to month.
  • Credits are usage, not seats. HubSpot Credits pay for AI agents, one-to-many email and automation. Included credits reset monthly and do not roll over; more cost €0.010 per credit in the supplement we read.

What do 1, 3 and 5 users pay per year?

Price per seat per month × seats × 12, before any sales tax or VAT. These are our own calculations from the prices above. Dollar and euro amounts use the same numbers.

Seats only, billed yearly vs. monthly (per year):

Plan1 user3 users5 users
Free$0not available (2 users max.)not available
Starter$84 / $120$252 / $360$420 / $600
Professional$1,080 / $1,200$3,240 / $3,600$5,400 / $6,000
Enterprise$2,100$6,300$10,500

The first figure is yearly billing, the second is twelve monthly payments. Enterprise shows only the yearly figure because HubSpot does not state a monthly price for it in its comparison table.

First year including the required onboarding (EUR, billed yearly):

Plan1 user3 users5 users
Professional + €2,500 onboarding€3,580€5,740€7,900
Enterprise + €5,000 onboarding€7,100€11,300€15,500

For a small team on Professional, onboarding is the biggest single line in year one: for three users it is 2,500 of 5,740 euros. HubSpot's onboarding page showed these fees in euros and pounds to our European connection; we could not see the dollar figure, so US buyers should ask for it in writing.

If the Starter discount ends and the €20 starting price from HubSpot's supplement applies, Starter would cost €240, €720 or €1,200 a year for one, three or five seats.

What happened to HubSpot Sales Hub pricing?

New buyers see one platform price, not a Sales Hub price. The "Professional" edition on the pricing page includes sales features such as AI quotes and forecasting along with marketing and service tools.

Existing customers on HubSpot's older per-hub pricing still buy seats from the HubSpot Product and Services Catalog: Core Seats at $20, $50 or $75 per month (Starter, Professional, Enterprise) and Sales Seats at $100 (Professional) or $150 (Enterprise). The catalog says customers on the new flexible seats-and-credits pricing do not get these seat types. If an older guide quotes a "Sales Hub Professional" price, it is describing the per-hub model.

Which costs are not in the seat price?

  • Onboarding. Required with Professional and Enterprise, one time, delivered within the first 90 days. HubSpot says its own onboarding is "one way to get started", so a partner may deliver it instead; the price then comes from that partner.
  • Seat types. Each account needs at least one GTM Seat (full access). Professional and Enterprise can add cheaper Ops Seats for people who build automation and reports; the supplement lists them from €50 per seat per month. All seats are on the same edition: mixed-edition subscriptions are not supported.
  • Records instead of contact tiers. On the current pricing you do not pay separately for marketing contacts; they count toward a record limit per account: 25,000 on Starter, 250,000 on Professional and 15 million on Enterprise. Free accounts hold up to 3,000 records. More capacity is sold in packs of 1,000 or 1,000,000 records.
  • Credits beyond the included amount. AI agents, bulk email and automation draw on credits. Above your monthly allowance you either buy packs or pay per credit.
  • Annual billing. The headline prices are for annual billing. Paying monthly costs $3 more per Starter seat and $10 more per Professional seat each month.
  • Tax and your own time. Our figures exclude sales tax and VAT, and setup, data migration and integrations take staff hours the licence price does not show.

Worked example: three people moving off spreadsheets

A three-person consultancy wants a shared pipeline, email tracking and some automation.

  • Starter, billed yearly: 3 × $7 × 12 = $252 a year, no onboarding fee. The cheapest paid route, but it rests on a limited-time discount; at the supplement's €20 list price the same team would pay €720 a year.
  • Professional, billed yearly: 3 × €90 × 12 + €2,500 onboarding = €5,740 in year one, then €3,240 a year. This is the edition with advanced automation, AI quotes and forecasting.

The jump from Starter to Professional is the decision that matters. A team that needs one Professional feature pays for it on every full seat, plus onboarding.

Is HubSpot costly?

At the Starter level, no: $7 to $10 per seat is in line with other entry CRM plans while the discount lasts. It becomes costly at Professional, where five users pay $5,400 a year in seats plus a one-time onboarding fee. Compare the same team on other tools in our CRM cost guide, the Salesforce pricing breakdown, the Pipedrive pricing guide and the Zoho CRM pricing guide.

Is HubSpot worth it in 2026?

It is worth it when you will use marketing, sales and service in one system and need Professional features such as advanced automation, AI quotes or a help desk. It is harder to justify when a small team only needs contacts, a pipeline and email: then the free plan (two users) or Starter covers the job, and Professional's onboarding fee buys features you may not use. Our HubSpot vs Salesforce comparison and HubSpot vs Pipedrive comparison put the plans side by side.

Why are people leaving HubSpot?

The cost reasons are visible on HubSpot's own pricing pages: the price step from Starter to Professional, the required onboarding fee on Professional and Enterprise, a free plan limited to two users, and usage-based credits for AI and automation that make the monthly bill less predictable. None of these is hidden, but together they mean the cost grows faster than the team.

Is there a better CRM than HubSpot? Where Customermates fits (our product)

Disclosure: Customermates publishes this guide. Customermates is an open-source, AI-native CRM built in Germany for small client-facing teams such as consultancies and agencies. Its pricing works differently from HubSpot's: billed monthly only, in euros, with no yearly plan; you pay per active user; there is no onboarding fee and no free hosted plan.

The table compares prices, not features; read the paragraphs below it.

What the Customermates columns include: configurable lists and fields, table, board and calendar views, REST API, webhooks and an MCP server for your own AI client on every plan. Pro adds the unified inbox for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, with 1 connected account per user. In Customermates Cloud, the assistant Mate works with monthly hosted AI credits per active user. You can also run the open-source core on your own server (self-hosted): no licence fee, but no inbox and no Mate. The cloud trial runs 7 days.

What are the HubSpot pricing tiers?

Four: Free, Starter, Professional and Enterprise. Starter allows up to 10 paid users; Professional and Enterprise allow more. Each tier includes more HubSpot Credits per month (none, 5,000, 10,000 and 15,000) and a larger record limit.

Do I have to pay for HubSpot onboarding?

On Professional and Enterprise, yes. HubSpot's pricing FAQ says these plans "are required to purchase onboarding"; Starter is not. HubSpot's onboarding page lists €2,500 for Professional and €5,000 for Enterprise as one-time fees.

Is HubSpot cheaper than Salesforce?

At entry level, yes while the Starter discount lasts. Above that it depends on the edition and on onboarding and add-ons. The Salesforce pricing guide and the HubSpot vs Salesforce comparison put both side by side.

Competitor details checked on 1 November 2026 against HubSpot pricing (US), HubSpot pricing (Germany), HubSpot pricing (France), HubSpot onboarding services, the Flexible Seats-and-Credits Pricing Supplement and the HubSpot Product and Services Catalog.
