Zoho CRM Pricing: What Each Edition Costs for 1, 3 and 5 Users
Zoho CRM is free for up to three users. The paid editions cost $14, $23 or $40 per user per month in the US when billed yearly, and Europeans see euro prices for both billing cycles. Here is what one, three and five users pay per year, which rules change the bill, and which Zoho products are not part of it.

by Benjamin WagnerZoho CRM pricing in the US starts with a free edition for up to three users. The paid editions cost $14 (Standard), $23 (Professional) and $40 (Enterprise) per user per month when billed yearly, before tax. Paying month to month costs more per user, and in Europe Zoho shows euro prices: €14, €23, €40 and €52 (Ultimate) billed yearly, or €20, €35, €50 and €65 billed monthly.
Prices were checked on 30 October 2026 on Zoho's US pricing page (rendered in US dollars) and on Zoho's German and French pricing pages (rendered in euros, both billing cycles). Licence rules come from Zoho's help center, linked at the end. Customermates, which publishes this guide, sells a CRM too; the one section about it is labelled.
At a glance
- Free edition
- Zoho CRM Free costs nothing for up to three users. A fourth user means a paid edition for everyone.
- US prices, billed yearly
- Standard $14, Professional $23, Enterprise $40 per user per month. Monthly billing costs more per user; Zoho's page shows the monthly figure when you switch the toggle.
- One edition per organization
- Zoho says every user in an organization is on the same edition. You cannot put one person on Enterprise and the rest on Standard.
- Not included
- Local tax, team-user licences, add-ons and partner or implementation work come on top. An unknown cost is not zero.
What does Zoho CRM cost per edition?
Zoho shows prices per user per month in the currency of the region it detects. The table lists what the official pages rendered on 30 October 2026. A dash means the page did not show that figure, not that it costs nothing.
| Edition | US, billed yearly | Europe (EUR), billed yearly | Europe (EUR), billed monthly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free (up to 3 users) | $0 | €0 | €0 |
| Standard | $14 | €14 | €20 |
| Professional | $23 | €23 | €35 |
| Enterprise | $40 | €40 | €50 |
| Ultimate | not listed | €52 | €65 |
Three things to read into the table:
- The US monthly prices are not in it. Zoho's US page defaults to yearly billing. We publish only figures we saw rendered on the official page, and the monthly US view did not render in our check, so open Zoho's US pricing page and switch the toggle to see it. Expect it to be higher than the yearly figure, as it is in euros.
- The US page did not list Ultimate in its plan cards on the check date, while the European pages did. Zoho's own specifications name five editions: Free, Standard, Professional, Enterprise and Ultimate.
- Tax is extra. The European pages say local taxes such as VAT are charged on top of the listed prices.
Is Bigin, CRM Plus or Zoho One the same as Zoho CRM?
No. Zoho sells several products that search results mix up with Zoho CRM, and each has its own price list.
| Product | What it is | Covered here? |
|---|---|---|
| Zoho CRM (Free to Ultimate) | The CRM, priced per user and edition | Yes |
| Bigin | A separate, simpler pipeline CRM; the US CRM pricing page shows it at $7 | No |
| Zoho CRM Plus | A separate bundle with its own pricing page | No |
| Zoho One | Zoho's suite of business apps under one subscription | No |
If a price list quotes one figure for "Zoho", check which of these products it means before you compare it with the editions above.
What do 1, 3 and 5 users pay per year?
Price per user per month × users × 12, before tax. These are our own calculations from the prices in the first table.
US, billed yearly (USD per year):
| Edition | 1 user | 3 users | 5 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | $0 | not available (3 users max.) |
| Standard | $168 | $504 | $840 |
| Professional | $276 | $828 | $1,380 |
| Enterprise | $480 | $1,440 | $2,400 |
Europe, billed yearly vs. monthly (EUR per year):
| Edition | 1 user | 3 users | 5 users |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | €168 / €240 | €504 / €720 | €840 / €1,200 |
| Professional | €276 / €420 | €828 / €1,260 | €1,380 / €2,100 |
| Enterprise | €480 / €600 | €1,440 / €1,800 | €2,400 / €3,000 |
| Ultimate | €624 / €780 | €1,872 / €2,340 | €3,120 / €3,900 |
The first figure in each cell is yearly billing, the second is twelve monthly payments.
How much does monthly billing add?
In euros, where both billing cycles rendered, paying monthly costs:
| Edition | Extra per user per year | Extra for 5 users per year | Monthly vs. yearly |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | €72 | €360 | +43% |
| Professional | €144 | €720 | +52% |
| Enterprise | €120 | €600 | +25% |
| Ultimate | €156 | €780 | +25% |
Zoho advertises "save up to 34%" with yearly plans. Only Professional reaches that (€23 instead of €35); on Standard the saving is 30 percent and on Enterprise and Ultimate 20 percent. Zoho's specifications describe the service as pay-as-you-go with monthly or yearly billing and say you can change the edition at any time. Yearly billing commits the budget for the year, so choose it once you know the edition and the head count.
For US buyers the same logic applies, but check the monthly dollar figure on Zoho's page before you budget, because we could not render it.
Which edition does your team need?
The edition is set by the most demanding thing anyone on the team needs, because Zoho's specifications say "each organization must pick one edition for all users". Zoho's specifications publish these limits per edition:
| Limit | Free | Standard | Professional | Enterprise | Ultimate |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Custom modules | none | 10 | 25 | 200 | 500 |
| Custom fields | none | 10 per module | 155 per module | 300 per module | 500 per module |
| API credits per 24 hours | 5,000 | 50,000 + 250 per user licence | 50,000 + 500 per user licence | 50,000 + 1,000 per user licence | 50,000 + 2,000 per user licence |
Custom fields are often the first wall: Standard allows 10 per module, Professional 155. A team that tracks more than ten extra details per deal or contact needs Professional for everyone. For individual features such as automation, AI (Zia) or inventory, Zoho maintains a feature availability table linked from its specifications; check the feature you need there instead of assuming it from the edition name. Zoho offers a 15-day trial of Standard, Professional and Enterprise.
Which costs are not in the per-user price?
- Tax. Local taxes are added to the listed prices.
- Team users. For people who only work in team modules, Zoho sells team-user licences at $9 per month paid yearly or $11 paid monthly (team-user FAQ). Their access to the other organization modules is limited to viewing or restricted interaction, so they do not replace a seller's full licence.
- Add-ons and extra capacity. API add-on credits, storage and other extras are priced separately and are not part of the tables here.
- Setup work. Configuration, data migration and integration work by a partner or your own staff is a cost the licence price does not show.
Worked example: five people on Professional
A five-person agency in the US wants 30 custom fields on its deals, so Standard (10 per module) is too small and Professional is the edition. Four account managers work in the CRM all day. The fifth person only needs a team module and to view client records.
- Five full Professional licences, billed yearly: 5 × $23 × 12 = $1,380 a year.
- Four full licences plus one team-user licence, billed yearly: 4 × $23 × 12 + 1 × $9 × 12 = $1,104 + $108 = $1,212 a year.
The team-user route saves $168 a year, but only if the fifth person really never needs full access. Zoho can convert a team user into a regular user later, but not a regular user into a team user, so start narrow and upgrade when needed. Tax comes on top of both totals.
How to budget Zoho CRM for your team
Confirm it is Zoho CRM you are pricing
Not Bigin, CRM Plus or Zoho One. Each has its own price list.
Find the edition your most demanding need requires
Check custom fields, modules and API volume in the limits table, then the feature you need in Zoho's feature availability table. That edition applies to every user.
Count full users and team users separately
Give a team-user licence only to people who work in team modules and can live with limited access elsewhere.
Price both billing cycles in your currency
Use the prices Zoho shows for your region, add local tax, and compare twelve monthly payments with one yearly payment.
Add what the licence does not cover
Add-ons, extra API credits or storage, and the hours for setup and migration.

Where Customermates fits, and where it does not (our product)
Disclosure: Customermates publishes this guide. Customermates is an open-source, AI-native CRM built in Germany for small client-facing teams such as consultancies and agencies. Its pricing differs from Zoho's in three ways that affect the bill: it is billed monthly only, in euros, with no yearly plan; you pay per active user; and there is no free hosted plan.
The table puts the European Zoho prices next to Customermates, because both are in euros. It compares prices, not features; read the rows below it.
| What you compare | Zoho CRM Standard | Zoho CRM Professional | Customermates Starter | Customermates Pro |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Per user per month | €14 yearly, €20 monthly | €23 yearly, €35 monthly | €12, monthly | €29, monthly |
| 3 users for 12 months | €504 yearly, €720 monthly | €828 yearly, €1,260 monthly | €432 | €1,044 |
| 5 users for 12 months | €840 yearly, €1,200 monthly | €1,380 yearly, €2,100 monthly | €720 | €1,740 |
What the Customermates columns include: configurable lists and fields, table, board and calendar views, REST API, webhooks and an MCP server for your own AI client on every plan. Pro adds the unified inbox for email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Instagram and Telegram, with 1 connected account per user. In Customermates Cloud, the assistant Mate works with monthly hosted AI credits per active user. You can also run the open-source core on your own server (self-hosted): no licence fee, but no inbox and no Mate, and the server and updates are your job.
Frequently asked questions about Zoho CRM pricing
Is Zoho CRM free?
Yes, for up to three users. Zoho CRM Free costs nothing and has no time limit, but it has the smallest feature set: no custom modules or custom fields and 5,000 API credits per day. From the fourth user, the organization needs a paid edition for every user. Our guide to free CRM software compares the free options.
How much does Zoho CRM cost for five users?
In the US, billed yearly: $840 a year on Standard, $1,380 on Professional and $2,400 on Enterprise, before tax. In Europe, billed yearly: €840, €1,380, €2,400 or €3,120 on Ultimate; billed monthly: €1,200, €2,100, €3,000 or €3,900 a year.
Are Zoho CRM prices billed monthly or yearly?
Both are possible. The headline prices on Zoho's pages are per user per month with yearly billing. Monthly billing costs more per user: in euros €20 instead of €14 on Standard and €35 instead of €23 on Professional. Zoho's US page shows the monthly dollar price when you switch its billing toggle.
Can different users be on different Zoho CRM editions?
No. Zoho's specifications say each organization picks one edition for all users, for example not 10 users on Standard and 10 on Enterprise in one organization. For people who need only limited access, Zoho sells team-user licences instead.
Is Zoho One the same subscription as Zoho CRM?
No. Zoho One is Zoho's suite of business apps under one subscription, and CRM Plus is a separate bundle. Both have their own price lists. The prices in this guide are for Zoho CRM's own editions only.
Is Zoho CRM cheaper than HubSpot?
It depends on the edition your team needs, the team size and the onboarding fees HubSpot charges on its higher plans. The HubSpot vs Zoho CRM comparison and the Pipedrive vs Zoho CRM comparison put the plans side by side.
