Update a webhook subscription

Changes the supplied fields of one webhook subscription and leaves the rest unchanged. The endpoint must use HTTP or HTTPS, have a valid host, and contain no username or password. The example disables a webhook and replaces its events. An id outside the workspace answers 404. Requires: update permission on the API.
