List a routine's runs

Returns one routine's run history newest first, each with its status, trigger, summary and charged credits. Pass nextCursor from the previous page as cursor to continue; a null nextCursor ends the history. An id outside the workspace or the caller's access answers 404. Requires: read permission on routines.
